Meet Nikki

Why did you choose to work in social care?

I wanted to work in adult social care because I love people, and the social interaction attracted me to the role.

Have you always worked in adult social care?

No, I used to work in the motor trade, and I have also previously worked for the Police.

What is your role?

I am a receptionist in a residential care home.
