Before working at crossroads I spent 12 years working as a pre-school teacher in a Montessori school.

I have worked with Crossroads for many years now. They were involved in caring for my family. I support various people. I care for high dependency clients with MS as well as elderly people with fewer needs.

What qualifications do you need?

You will need to do First Aid training, Manual Handling, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding and other basic courses. Treating people with the dignity and respect is the most important.
