Welcome to Proud to Care Oxfordshire

About Us

Welcome to Proud to Care Oxfordshire. We are here to help local people find rewarding jobs in adult social care and to support care employers across Oxfordshire with their recruitment needs.

Proud to Care Oxfordshire was set up in spring 2021 by Oxfordshire Association of Care Providers, working in partnership with Oxfordshire County Council. Our aim is to spread the word about the benefits of working in adult social care and celebrate the stories of front-line workers, who love the job they do. Care work is one of the most fulfilling jobs and offers fantastic career opportunities.

We work closely with care employers across the county, and with a variety of training and employment specialists in the wider Proud to Care partnership.
