Care AssistantSalary Details£10.23 Monday to Friday, £11.23 Saturday – Sunday Job DescriptionCare Assistant Location: Isis House, Iffley, Oxford Pay rate: Up to £11.23 per hour Contracted Hours: Full or Part time considered. Shift times: 7:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm ABOUT THE ROLE Our Care Assistants make a real difference to our residents every day; whether it’s helping them with their daily routines or personal care, providing companionship or joining in with the vast array of fun activities that take place in our homes, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they are leading happy and fulfilled lives. You understand that some days might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents. In joining us, you’ll also become part of our extended family. You’ll work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality or within the warehouse industry then this could be suitable for you. Isis House is an 80 bed Care Home situated in Iffley, Oxfordshire. The home offers friendly and high-quality residential, early-stage dementia, intermediate and nursing care in a comfortable, homely setting. We’re rated 9.4 by Carehome.co.uk and Good by the Care Quality Commission.
