Job Description

Recruiting to client-specific criteria to ensure accuracy
Attend recruitment events and meet the general public
Work closely and in partnership with Oxfordshire council to utilise community resources.
Conduct face to face / telephone / Zoom interviews
Posting and managing vacancies online
Scheduling interviews
Candidate engagement/support
Compliance for successful candidates
Promoting campaigns and following up leads.
Managing stakeholder relationships
Given the challenges currently in the Care sector, we are looking for someone who is prepared to be flexible in relation to events/activities that might fall outside the normal 9-5.
Utilise and identify attraction strategies, using social media and various tools.
You will achieve a high conversion to interview rate and minimise no-shows by adopting a thorough and detailed process. A mature work ethic and a willingness to contribute to the business aims is essential.
Experience or knowledge of domiciliary/community care work would be an advantage – whether as a recruiter or having worked previously in care yourself.
