Supporting People

Working in care is all about supporting people

There are lots of different roles in care, all with the main aim of supporting people to live full and independent lives.

Your role in someone’s life could mean that they are able to continue to enjoy activities they love, you may be someone they can have a chat with, or it may be that you are supporting someone struggling to carry out day-to-day tasks.
