You’ll lead and supervise a team of care workers, ensuring they provide high quality care and support. You’ll also work with your manager to ensure that standards and processes are followed and maintained. Your role will involve managing and supporting workers so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability.
Your role may also involve supporting your manager to run your workplace according to standards and legislation.
