This role can vary widely depending on where you work.
A Maintenance Role could involve:
Ensure building and practices adhere to health and safety
Maintain equipment and facilities
Routine maintenance such as: fire alarm testing, lightbulb changing
Organise PAT testing
Maintain and manage gardens

- Practical and hard-working
- Knowledge of health and safety desirable
