"When you work with Crossroads you join the Crossroads family. They look after staff and service users alike. That’s why I have stayed for so many years!"

- Sandy Williams, Care Worker

Why work for us?

We manage with a heart, so will always try to support you in any way we can and offer the best pay and working conditions possible. You can work a timetable that you choose around your other commitments for a great work life balance. That is why we are a great team.

We are based in Marston but cover all of Oxfordshire, Newbury area and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. You would only work in your local area. We currently have hubs in Bicester, Kidlington, Thame and Oxford City.

I joined Crossroads back in the dark ages as an office temp. I am still here many years later. I love that we are here for unpaid carers as well as people with care needs. I have been given the freedom to change roles to keep things interesting and was allowed to cut to part time when I had children.

General Manager

What do Crossroads Care do?

We are more than just a care agency. We are a charity and Network Partner of Carers Trust. We want to look after people with care needs, and their unpaid carers. We arrange home care but also fundraise and deliver free carers breaks, holidays, outings and activities for young carers and children with care needs. As a charity we also fundraise too!

I have worked for Crossroads for 6 years as an administrator but enjoy that my talents are used in other areas like fundraising, organising day events and supporting service users and staff to problem solve.
